Ingredients:

| pack | Gingerbread cake mix (14.5oz | | 1/2
| cup | Lukewarm water | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| small | DOLE Banana, peeled and | | | -chopped | | 1/2
| cup | DOLE Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | DOLE Slivered Almonds | | 1 1/2
| cup | Powdered sugar | | 1
| | Juice from DOLE Lemon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place medium banana in blender. | | 2 | Process until pureed; use ?cup for recipe. | | 3 | combine gingerbread mix, water, ?cup pureed banana and egg in large bowl. | | 4 | Beat well. | | 5 | stir in chopped banana, raisins and almonds. | | 6 | spread batter in greased 13x9" naking pan. | | 7 | Bake in 350°F. | | 8 | Oven 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. | | 9 | mix powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons lemon juice in medium bowl to make thin glaze. | | 10 | Spread over warm gingerbread. | | 11 | Cool. | | 12 | Cut into bars. | | 13 | Sprinkle iwth additional powdered sugar if desired. | | 14 | makes 32 bars. |
