| cup | Granulated sugar | | 2/3
| cup | Firmly packed light brown | | | -sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla extract | | 2
| med | Bananas, mashed | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| pack | NESTLE Toll House semi-sweet | | | -chocolate mini morsels | | | -(12 oz) | | | Confectioners' sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In small bowl, combine flours, baking powder and salt; set aside. | | 3 | In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. | | 4 | Beat in bananas and egg. | | 5 | Gradually beat in flour mixture. | | 6 | Stir in nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels. | | 7 | Spread into greased 15 ½x10 ? baking pan. | | 8 | Bake 25-30 minutes. | | 9 | Cool completely. | | 10 | Sprinkle with confectioners" sugar. | | 11 | Cut into 2x1" bars. | | 12 | Makes about 6 ?dozen bars. | | 13 | Variation: omit whole wheat flour. | | 14 | Increase all-purpose flour to 2 cups. |
