Mint and coriander chutney

Ingredients:
1 bunchCoriander leaves
1 bunchMint leaves
1 Green chilli
1 ozSeedless tamarind
1 tspSalt
4 tbspWater
1 Medium onion
Procedures:
1Recipe by: somesh rao Wash and soak tamarind in water for ?hour Clean pick and wash the coriander and mint.
2Separate pulp from tamarind and squeeze out the pulp.
3Grind coriander, mint, green chili and onion to fine paste.
4Add the tamarind pulp and salt.
5Blend well.
6In an airtight jar can be refrigerated for up to one week.
