| 1 | In a medium bowl, combine cookies and margarine. |
| 2 | Toss to coat crumbs with margarine. |
| 3 | Press evenly over bottom of prepared pan. |
| 4 | In a small bowl, sprinkle banana slices with lemon juice, and toss lightly to coat slices thoroughly to prevent darkening. |
| 5 | Set aside. |
| 6 | Stir vanilla ice cream to soften slightly. |
| 7 | Spread ice cream over prepared crust. |
| 8 | Drizzle with fudge sauce. |
| 9 | Freeze until almost firm. |
| 10 | Top with banana slices. |
| 11 | Stir strawberry ice cream to soften slightly, and spread over bananas. |
| 12 | Freeze until firm. |
| 13 | To serve. |
| 14 | Top with lightly sweetened whipped cream and a drizzle of thick fudge sauce. |
| 15 | Serves 15 to 1Thick fudge sauce. |
| 16 | In the top of a double boiler, combine chips and cream. |
| 17 | Heat over simmering water until chips melt and blend thoroughly with cream. |
| 18 | Keep sauce refrigerated. |
| 19 | Makes 2 cups. |
