| tsp | Sea Salt Or Kosher Salt | | | Freshly Ground Black Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine the beef, cheese, tomato, green pepper, onion, salt, and pepper to taste, blending well. | | 2 | Shape into patties, pressing gently to make the meat and vegetables cling together. | | 3 | Grease the grill well. | | 4 | Place the patties on the grill, 3 to 4 inches above the hot coals, and grill until well browned, turning as needed to cook evenly. | | 5 | Cook until done as desired, rare in about 12 minutes, medium in about 15, and well done in 18 to 20 minutes |
