| | 5 ?oz. box of seasoned | | | Croutons | | 4

| cup | Milk | | 1
| | 10 ?oz. can cream of | | | Mushroom soup | | 1
| | 16 oz. pkg. Italian style | | | Frozen vegetables | | 1
| cup | Cheddar cheese, grated | | 1
| cup | Monterey Jack cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch greased baking dis with croutons. | | 2 | Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons. | | 3 | Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl, until thoroughly mixed. | | 4 | Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a spoon. | | 5 | Pour egg mixture over sausage. | | 6 | Bake in a 350°F. oven for 1 hour. | | 7 | This recipe may be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking |
