Holiday brunch casserole

Ingredients:
1 packSausage, cooked, drained &
Crumbled
1 5 ?oz. box of seasoned
Croutons
4 Eggs
2 cupMilk
1 10 ?oz. can cream of
Mushroom soup
1 16 oz. pkg. Italian style
Frozen vegetables
1 cupCheddar cheese, grated
1 cupMonterey Jack cheese, grated
Procedures:
1Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch greased baking dis with croutons.
2Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons.
3Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl, until thoroughly mixed.
4Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a spoon.
5Pour egg mixture over sausage.
6Bake in a 350°F. oven for 1 hour.
7This recipe may be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking
