| tsp | Almond Extract | | 1
| cup | Coconut, shredded | | 2
| cup | Cereal, flaked |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat egg whites until light, gradually beat in sugar and salt and continue beating until stiff. | | 2 | Add flavoring and fold in coconut and cereal. | | 3 | Drop from tip of a teaspoon onto greased cookiesheets. | | 4 | Bake in 350°F oven for 15 -20 minutes |
