Ingredients:

| cup | Bisquick baking mix | | 1 1/2
| cup | Quick-cooking oats | | 1
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 1/2
| cup | Margarine or butter, softened | | 1
| | Egg | | 1/3
| cup | Semisweet choc. chips | | | Or raisins, or mixed nuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) with fork until moistened (mixture will be crumbly). | | 3 | Stir in chocolate chips. | | 4 | Press mixture evenly in ungreased rectangular pan 13x9x2". | | 5 | Bake until center is set, 15-17 minutes. | | 6 | Cut into bars, about 3 x 1-?", while warm. | | 7 | Makes 27 bars |
