| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Hickory salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Onion salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1
| dash | Hot sauce |

Procedures:
