| large | Onion | | 2
| tsp | Mustard powder | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 3
| | Celery stalks | | 3/4
| pint | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| med | Green pepper | | 6
| oz | Ketchup |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and pepper, chop celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over. | | 2 | Cover and cook at mark 4, 350°F, 1 ?hour or until tender. |
