Ingredients:
2 lbsStwing beef
1 largeOnion
2 tspMustard powder
2 tbspHoney
3 Celery stalks
3/4 pintWater
2 tbspLemon juice
1 medGreen pepper
6 ozKetchup
Procedures:
1Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and pepper, chop celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over.
2Cover and cook at mark 4, 350°F, 1 ?hour or until tender.
