Honey-ginger-chili chicken

Ingredients:
3 tbspShortening
3 tbspButter or margarine
1/3 cupAll-purpose flour
3/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspGround ginger
1/4 tspPepper
3 lbsChicken
1/3 cupHoney
1/3 cupChili sauce
1/3 cupSoy sauce
1/2 tspGround ginger
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 425°F.
2Heat shortening and butter in baking pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until melted.
3Mix flour, salt, ?teaspoon ginger and the pepper.
4Coat chicken pieces thoroughly with flour mixture.
5Place chicken skin sides down in pan.
6Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
7Turn chicken; bake 15 minutes.
8Remove chicken.
9Drain fat; line pan with aluminum foil.
10Return chicken to pan.
11Mix honey, chili sauce and ?teaspoon ginger; pour on chicken.
12Bake 15 minutes, spooning honey mixture onto chicken every five minutes.
13Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.
146 servings.
15The first time i tryed this i used worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce and it worked great
