Ingredients:

| cup | Honey | | 1/3
| cup | Cider vinegar | | 2
| tsp | Ground cloves | | 5
| lbs | Ham, boneless | | 2
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except ham, well. | | 2 | Over low heat, heat sauce to just before boiling point. | | 3 | Remove from range. | | 4 | Slice ham halfway through into desired thickness for servings. | | 5 | Tie with string and place in a roasting pan. | | 6 | Pour sauce over ham, cover and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. | | 7 | Two hours before baking, remove from fridge to bring to room temperature. | | 8 | Bake at 275°F for about 1 hour (or more) to heat through. | | 9 | Glaze top under broiler if desired. | | 10 | **basting is recommended while cooking. | | 11 | **carefully monitor while under broiler so as not to burn. | | 12 | **garnish as desired. |
