Ingredients:
2 cupHoney
1/3 cupCider vinegar
2 tspGround cloves
5 lbsHam, boneless
2 cupBrown sugar, packed
2 tspGround cinnamon
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except ham, well.
2Over low heat, heat sauce to just before boiling point.
3Remove from range.
4Slice ham halfway through into desired thickness for servings.
5Tie with string and place in a roasting pan.
6Pour sauce over ham, cover and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.
7Two hours before baking, remove from fridge to bring to room temperature.
8Bake at 275°F for about 1 hour (or more) to heat through.
9Glaze top under broiler if desired.
10**basting is recommended while cooking.
