Ingredients:

4 Top loin steaks, , boneless
- 1" thick
1/3 cupDijon mustard, coarse grain
- style
1 tbspParsley, fresh, chopped
1 1/2 tbspHoney
1 tbspCider vinegar
1 tbsp- Water
1/4 tspHot pepper sauce
1/8 tspBlack pepper, coarse ground
1 largeRed onion, cut into ?

Procedures:
1Preparation time: 30 minutes combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce, and pepper.
2Place beef steaks and onion on grid over medium coals; brush both with glaze.
3Grill 9 to 12 minutes for rare (140 °F).
4To medium (160 °F)., turning once and brushing with glaze.
5Substitute rib eye steaks if desired.
6Serving suggestion: mixed green salad with asparagus and baby yellow pear tomatoes.
