Ingredients:
1 lbsFLANK STEAK
1 medONION, THINLY SLICED
3 tbspSOY SAUCE
3 tbspSUGAR
1 tbspSESAME OIL
1 tsp(LEVEL) BLACK PEPPER
2 tbspCORN OIL
Procedures:
1Cut flank steak against grain 1/5 in. thick, 2 in. long.
2Mix all ingredients except corn oil.
3Marinate meat 1 hour to let flavor pene- trate.
4Preheat wok.
5Heat corn oil.
6Put in marinade and beef.
7Stir until desired doneness is achieved.
