Honey sesame tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 lbsPork tenderloin
1/2 cupSoy sauce
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbspGrated fresh ginger, OR...
1 tsp-Dry ginger
1 tbspSesame oil
1/4 cupHoney
2 tbspBrown sugar
4 tbspSesame seed
Procedures:
1Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
2Place tenderloin in a heavy plastic bag, pour soy mixture over to coat.
3Let marinate 2 hours at room temperature, or overnight in refrigerator.
4Remove pork from marinade, pat dry.
5Mix together honey and brown sugar in a shallow plate.
6Place sesame seed on a separate shallow plate.
7Roll pork in honey mixture, coating well; then roll in sesame seed.
8Roast in a shallow pan at 400 °F.
9For 20-30 minutes, until meat thermometer inserted registers 160 °F.
10Remove to serving platter, slice thinly to serve.
11Preparation time: 10 minutes.
