Ingredients:
3 Eggs
3 1/2 tbspMilk
3 1/2 ozButter, melted
3 1/2 ozSugar
1 pinchSalt
16 ozFlour
1 pinchCinnamon
1/3 ozBakingpowder
Butter or Oil for frying
Powdered Sugar
Procedures:
11.mix the eggs with the milk together,wisk good; add the melted butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, flour and last the bakingpowder.
22.mix to a firm enough dough to be able to roll it out, about a knifeblade thick,cut 12 cm long and 4 cm wide stripes with a special radercake wheel.
3Cut a slit in each stripe in pull one of the ends through.
43.heat the oil to a boil and fry the cakes in it untill they are golden brown.dry them on a papertowl and sprinkle with powdered sugar
