Ingredients:

| cup | Crushed Pineapple, drained | | 2 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking Powder | | 1
| tsp | Baking Soda | | 1/2

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. | | 2 | Add egg and cream well. | | 3 | Stir in raisins and pineapple. | | 4 | Sift dry ingredients together. | | 5 | Add gradually to cream mixture. | | 6 | Stir until well blended. | | 7 | Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. | | 8 | Bake 12-15 minutes in a preheated 375°F oven. |
