| cup | AM Sunflower Seeds | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped nuts | | 3/4
| cup | Coconut | | 1
| cup | Honey | | 1
| tsp | Sea salt (optional) | | 1/2
| cup | AM Peanut Butter | | 2
| tbsp | Carob powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix first four ingredients together. | | 2 | Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, then stir into dry mixture. | | 3 | Spread into an oiled, square casserole dish. | | 4 | Freeze until firm, then slice into bars and serve. |
