Petit lemon cups

Ingredients:
2 tbspUnsalted butter
5 tspSugar
1 tbspLight corn syrup
1/2 Lemon's peel, finely grated
1/4 cupAll-purpose flour, sifted
FILLING
3 tbspUnsalted butter
1 Lemon's peel, finely grated
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspSour cream
1 1/2 cupPowdered sugar, sifted
Procedures:
1Put butter, sugar, corn syrup and lemon peel in a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until melted.
2Stir in flour.
3Set aside to cool.
4Preheat oven to 375°F (190 c).
5Grease a large baking sheet; line with parchment or waxed paper.
6Using a round ?teaspoon measuring spoon, spoon 12 tiny circles of mixture onto prepared baking sheet, spacing well apart.
7Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
8Cool a few seconds.
9Lift rounds from baking sheet and place in minature tart pans to mold into a cup shape.
10When cool, remove to a wire rack.
11Repeat until mixture is all used.
12To make filling, place butter, lemon peel and juice in a small bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water; stir until butter melts.
13Remove from heat.
14Stir in sour cream and powdered sugar.
15Beat until cool and thickened.
16Spoon or pipe filling into center of each cup.
