| 1 | Cream butter and gradually beat in sugar. |

| 7 | invert pan on board and remove paper. |
| 8 | Cut into 8 bars, 1 ?inches wide. |
| 9 | Slice bars into ?inch wide slices. |
| 10 | put on buttered cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
| 11 | Remove from pan and dredge in powdered sugar while still hot. |
| 12 | Store in airtight container. |
