Ingredients:
3/4 cupGolden flavour crisco
1 1/4 cupBrown sugar
1 Egg
2 tbspMilk
2 tspVanilla
1 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspSalt
3/4 tspBaking soda
1 cupChocolate chips
1 cupCoarsely chopped pecans
Or walnuts
Procedures:
1Recipe by: crsico preheat oven to 375°F.
2Cream crisco and brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes, or until light.
3Add egg, milk and vanilla, beating 1 minute, or until thoroughly blended.
4Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
5Add to creamed mixture gradually, beating on low speed 1 minute, or until just blended.
6Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
7Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls(2tbsp) on ungreased baking sheet.
8Bake 6 to 9 at a time leaving about 3 inches between cookies for spreading.
9Bake at 375f for 8 to 10 minutes.
10Cookies will still appear moist when baked.
11Cool 2 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
