Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground beef | | 1
| lbs | Ground pork | | 4
| | Cloves garlic, chopped | | 2
| can | Whole tomatoes (#303) | | 1 1/2
| cup | Corn meal | | 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 2
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 3/4
| cup | Tomato juice | | | Salt & pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Re-grind meat. | | 2 | Mix meats, corn meal, flour, garlic, salt, juice and pepper. | | 3 | Form into approx. 200 small meat balls (#100°Food dipper works well). | | 4 | Mix tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. | | 5 | Bring to boil. | | 6 | Add meat balls, lower heat and simmer for 2 hours |
