Ingredients:

| can | DOLE Crushed Pineapple | | | -in syrup (20 oz, use | | | -pineapple packed in juice | | | -if desired) | | 1 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 1
| cup | Margarine | | 1
| | Egg | | 3
| cup | Rolled oats, uncooked | | 2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1
| tbsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | DOLE Raisins | | 1
| cup | DOLE Natural Almonds | | | -toasted and chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain pineapple well. | | 2 | Reserve ?cup syrup. | | 3 | Beat sugar and margarine in large bowl until light and fluffy. | | 4 | Beat in egg, drained pineapple and reserved ?cup syrup. | | 5 | Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl; blend into pineapple mixture. | | 6 | Drop by 2 heaping tablespoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie sheets. | | 7 | Flatten tops with back of spoon. | | 8 | Bake in 350°F. | | 9 | Oven 20-25 minutes until golden. | | 10 | Cool on wire racks. | | 11 | Makes about 2 ?dozen cookies. |
