Pineapple-raisin jumble

Ingredients:
2 canDOLE Crushed Pineapple in
-juice (8 oz ea)
1/2 cupMargarine, softened
1/2 cupSugar
1 tbspVanilla extract
1 cupAll-purpose flour
4 tbspGrated DOLE Orange peel
1 cupDOLE Blanched Slivered
-Almonds, toasted
1 cupDOLE Raisins
Procedures:
1Drain pineapple well, pressing out excess liquid with back of spoon.
2Reserve juice for beverage.
3beat margarine and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
4Stir in drained pineapple and vanilla.
5Beat in flour and orange peel.
6Stir in almonds and raisins.
7drop by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
8bake in 350°F.
9Oven 20-22 minutes until firm.
10Cool on wire racks.
11makes 2 to 2 ?dozen cookies.
