White chocolate biggies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupButter or margarine
-softened
1 cupGranulated sugar
3/4 cupPacked light brown sugar
2 tbspVanilla
2 Eggs
2 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
2/3 cupUnsweetened cocoa
1 tbspBaking soda
1/2 tbspSalt
1 packLarge white chocolate chips
3/4 cupPecan halves, coarsely
-chopped
1/2 cupGolden raisins
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
3Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy.
4Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; blend into creamed mixture until smooth.
5Stir in white chocolate chips, pecans and raisins.
6Scoop out about 1/3 cup dough for each cookie.
7Place on prepared cookie sheets, about 4" apart.
8Flatten each cookie slightly.
9Bake 12-14 minutes or until firm in center.
10Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
11makes about 2 dozen large cookies.
