Ingredients:
1/3 cupMargarine
1/3 cupGranulated sugar
1/3 cupPacked dark brown sugar
1 largeEgg
2/3 cupAll-purpose flour
1/3 cupWhole wheat flour
1 cupUncooked quick oats
1/3 cupRaisins
1/3 cupWalnuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Peheat oven to 325°F.
2Lightly grease two cookie sheets.
3In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except raisins and nuts, with 2 tablespoons water.
4With electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat until blended.stir in raisins and nuts.
5Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 ?inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
6Bake 18-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
7Remove to wire rack to cool.
8per serving: about 90 cal, 1g pro, 11g car, 3g fat, 30% cal from fat, 6mg chol, 28mg sod.
