Ingredients:
3 xEGGS
1 1/2 cupSUGAR
1 cupSALAD OIL
2 cupGROUND ZUCCHINI (UNPEELED)
2 cupFLOUR
1 tspSALT
2 tspBAKING SODA
1 tspCINNAMON
1/4 tspBAKING POWDER
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
2Press evenly into a jelly roll pan.
3Bake at 350 deg f. for 25 to 30 minutes.
