Ingredients:

| cup | Margarine | | 3/4
| cup | Honey | | 1
| | Egg | | 2
| cup | Whole Wheat Flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking Soda | | 1
| tsp | Ground Cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground Cloves | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground Nutmeg | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Grated Zucchini | | 1
| cup | Rolled Oats | | 1
| cup | Chopped Dates Or Raisins |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream margarine with honey. | | 2 | Add egg and beat well. | | 3 | Sift flour with soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and salt. | | 4 | Add flour mixture alternately with zucchini to egg mixture. | | 5 | Stir in oats and dates. | | 6 | Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheets. | | 7 | Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. |
