Ingredients:
4 cupCooked elbow macaroni --
About 7 oz dry
1 canReduced-fat cream of
Mushroom soup
1 cupSkim milk
12 1/2 ozWater-packed tuna
1 cupMushroom pieces -- raw
2 tbspGreen onion tops
1/4 tspCelery seed
1/4 tspLemon pepper
Salt -- (optional)
Procedures:
1Mix altogether.
2Pour into two 1 ?quart casseroles coated with cooking spray.
3(one may be lined with heavy duty foil before spraying.
4Then freeze before baking).
5Bake at 350b0°F for 25-30 min. (bake frozen casserole for 50-60 min or until hot).
