| x | Medium potatoes | | 1
| cup | Grated cheese | | 1
| lbs | Hamburger | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped onion |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook and mash potatoes till creamy. | | 2 | Put in a casserole and using spoon hollow out hole in center about the size of a saucer. | | 3 | Brown loose hamburger and onions. | | 4 | Fill hole in potatoes with hamburger and onions. | | 5 | Cover with grated cheese. | | 6 | Place in oven at 450 degrees until cheese melts and is bubbly and you"re ready to eat. | | 7 | It travels good too. | | 8 | cookbook: sinkin spells, hot flashes, fits and cravins by ernest matthew mickler. |
