Ingredients:

| | Peeled diced tomatoes | | 1
| | Large zukini sliced | | 1
| | Layer of onion rings | | 1/2
| tsp | Each salt & pepper | | 3
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Basil | | 1/2
| cup | Cracker crumbs | | 1/2
| cup | Grated cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Layer zukini and peeled and diced tomatoes and then onion rings. | | 2 | Sprinkle brown sugar and salt, pepper and basil on top then cracker crumbs and grated cheese . | | 3 | Cover with foil and bake ?hour in 350 oven then remove foil and continue baking 45 min. |
