| 1 | Add water to apricots and cook until soft. |
| 2 | Press through sieve (or cheat like i do and run "em through the blender). |
| 3 | Measure and to each cup pulp add 2/3 c sugar. |
| 4 | Add juice and grated orange rind. |
| 5 | Cook until thick (about 10-15 minutes). |
| 6 | Pour into sterilized pint jars to within ?inch of top. |
| 7 | Put on cap, screw band firmly tight and process in boiling water bath ten minutes. |
