Ingredients:
10 cupSliced apricots
1 cupWater
Sugar
1/3 cupOrange juice
1 tbspGranted orange rind
Procedures:
1Add water to apricots and cook until soft.
2Press through sieve (or cheat like i do and run "em through the blender).
3Measure and to each cup pulp add 2/3 c sugar.
4Add juice and grated orange rind.
5Cook until thick (about 10-15 minutes).
6Pour into sterilized pint jars to within ?inch of top.
7Put on cap, screw band firmly tight and process in boiling water bath ten minutes.
