Ingredients:
3 cupDried apricots
3/4 cupSliced, candied ginger
1/2 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupLemon juice
5 cupCold water
2 tspGrated orange rind
1 tspGrated lemon rind
2 1/4 cupSugar
1/2 cupChopped nuts
Procedures:
1Wash apricots.
2Add water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated rind, and sugar.
3Stir until well mixed.
4Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until thick and clear.
5Add nuts and cook 5 minutes.
