Ingredients:
2 cupCherry sirup
1/2 Bottle fruit pectin
4 cupSugar
Procedures:
1Drain sirup from canned cherries.
2Add juice of 1 lemon if sirup lacks tartness and flavor.
3Combine sirup and sugar.
4Heat rapidly to boiling.
5Stir constantly before and while boiling.
6Add fruit pectin.
7Stir constantly.
8Heat to full rolling boil.
9Remove from fire.
10Skim.
11Sirup from any canned fruit may be substituted for the cherry sirup.
