Ingredients:

| cup | Sugar | | 7
| tbsp | Golden syrup | | 2
| tbsp | Coarse salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Dried chilies, crushed | | 6 3/4
| cup | Malt vinegar | | 1
| lbs | Onions, chopped | | 1
| lbs | Dates, stoned and chopped | | 1
| lbs | Raisins |

Procedures:
