Ingredients:
1 tbspOnion flakes
1 tbspOnion powder
2 tspGround thyme
2 tspSalt
1 tspGround allspice
1/4 tspGround nutmeg
1/4 tspGround cinnamon
2 tspSugar
1 tspCoarsely ground black
Pepper
1 tspCayenne pepper
2 tspDried chives or green
Onions
Procedures:
1This seasoning mix is excellent to have on hand to sprinkle on cooked or uncooked fish, vegetables, or snacks.
2To increase the heat, add more cayenne.
3Mix together all the ingredients.
4Store leftovers in a tightly closed glass jar.
5It will keep its pungency for over a month.
