| lbs | Confectioner's sugar | | 1
| quart | Rum, brandy or whiskey | | 2
| quart | Cream | | 1
| quart | Milk | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine egg yolks and sugar, beating well. | | 2 | Add liquor, beating well. | | 3 | Add egg whites and salt to mixture. | | 4 | Beat until stiff. | | 5 | Fold into liquid. | | 6 | Makes 5 quarts |
