| | Apples | | 4
| | Pears | | 4
| | Bananas | | | LEMON-BOURBON SAUCE | | 1/3
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 3/4
| cup | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1/4
| cup | Bourbon | | 3/4
| tsp | Lemon rind, grated | | 4
| tsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
