Ingredients:

| pack | Stuffing mix, prepared | | 1/2
| cup | -water or boullion | | 1
| | Turkey breast, boneless |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the turkey breast in the crockpot with a small amount of water or boullion. | | 2 | Prepare stuffing mix and pack on or around turkey, patting down, but not packing it tight. | | 3 | Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or until turkey is very tender. | | 4 | If the dressing gets too soggy, remove it and spread in a shallow pan. | | 5 | Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 min- utes, or until brown and crusty. | | 6 | There will be enough juice in the pot to make gravy by thickening with a paste of flour and butter (roux) and cooking on high until thickened |
