Turkey with stuffing in the pot

Ingredients:
1 packStuffing mix, prepared
1/2 cup-water or boullion
1 Turkey breast, boneless
Procedures:
1Place the turkey breast in the crockpot with a small amount of water or boullion.
2Prepare stuffing mix and pack on or around turkey, patting down, but not packing it tight.
3Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or until turkey is very tender.
4If the dressing gets too soggy, remove it and spread in a shallow pan.
5Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 min- utes, or until brown and crusty.
6There will be enough juice in the pot to make gravy by thickening with a paste of flour and butter (roux) and cooking on high until thickened
