Ingredients:
1 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspTomato paste
1/4 tspCornstarch
2 tbspWater
1 tspSesame seeds
6 eachEars fresh corn
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients, except corn, into a pot.
2Whisk togetehr & bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3Reduce heat & simmer for 1 minute.
4Remove from heat.
5Prepare grill.
6Husk corn & grill covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
7When almost done, baste with glaze two or three times.
8Per serving: 70 cal.; 1g prot.; 0.4g fat; 15g carb.; 6mg sod.; 4g fiber.
