Ingredients:

| cup | Broccoli, chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Carrot, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, fresh, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Basil, fresh, minced | | | 1 ea Garlic clove, minced | | 1/4
| tsp | Celery seeds | | 1
| tsp | Sesame oil | | 1
| tsp | Lite soymilk | | 1
| cup | Basmatic rice, cooked | | 1
| tbsp | Sesame seeds | | 1
| tbsp | Cracked wheat germ |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot, parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk. | | 2 | Add the rice & blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. | | 3 | Transfer to a large mixing bowl. | | 4 | mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm. | | 5 | Form into 6 patties & cook either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on both sides. | | 6 | brian stone, printed in "vegetarian gourmet" summer, 1995 |
