Ingredients:
| | STUFFED SPUDS | | 2
| | Baked potatoes | | 1/2
| cup | White sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Jack cheese, grated | | 1/4
| cup | Peas, thawed | | 1/4
| cup | Carrots, cooked, chpd | | 2
| tbsp | Green pepper, chpd | | 1
| tbsp | Pimiento, diced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut potatoes in halves. | | 2 | Scoop out pulp; mix well; set aside in a covered bowl. | | 3 | Combine all other ingreds; mix well. | | 4 | Stir into mashed potato and again mix well. | | 5 | Heap mixture into potato halves. | | 6 | Place on an ungreased cookie sheet; bake 375°F, 20-25 mins or until tops are brown. |
