Ingredients:

| pack | Mori-Nu silken firm tofu | | | -crumbled (10.5 oz) | | 2
| tsp | Margarine | | 1/4
| cup | Green onion, chopped | | 3/4
| cup | Red pepper, in julienne | | | -strips | | 1
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1 1/2
| med | Potato | | 3
| tbsp | Picante sauce | | | Turmeric |

Procedures:
| 1 | Microwave potato for 5-6 minutes or use baked potato. | | 2 | Cool and slice thin. | | 3 | add crumbled tofu to melted margarine in teflon skillet. | | 4 | Add 2 dashes of turmeric and cook on high for 5 minutes. | | 5 | add vegetables and potato and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. | | 6 | stir in picante sauce and serve. | | 7 | makes two 1 1/3 cup servings. | | 8 | from deeanne"s recipe files |
