Ingredients:
2 cupGround seitan mix (see
-recipe)
1/2 cupTVP
Egg replacer for 2 eggs
1/2 cupCarrots, finely grated
1/4 cupTomato paste
2 tbspTomato paste
Procedures:
1Prepare the egg replacer according to package directions.
2mix together all the ingredients except for the 2 tbs of tomato paste.
3pack the mixture into a loaf pan and apread the top of the loaf with the 2 tbs tomato paste.
4bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes, or until firm.
5serve with a whole grain bread, a cooked vegetable and a salad.
6difficult to tell it"s not meat.
