Whole wheat burger buns

Ingredients:
2 packBaking yeast
1/4 cupWarm water
1 tspMolasses
2 cupSoymilk
1/2 cupMolasses
4 tbspDairy-free margarine, melted
3 cupUnbleached flour
3 cupWhole wheat flour
Procedures:
1Add yeast and 1 teaspoon molasses to warm water; stir and let sit until bubbly.
2to a large bowl add soymilk, ?cup molasses, melted margarine and salt.
3Stir in yeast mixture.
4Next add flour, one cup at a time.
5(mix white and whole wheat flour together before adding).
6Stir well with each addition.
7turn out dough on flat surface and knead about 5 minutes or so untl smooth and elastic, adding more flour, as necessary.
8place dough into a greased container and cover.
9Let rise about one hour, in a warm location.
10form into buns and let rise about 30 or 40 minutes on greased cookie sheets.
11Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
12bake in 350°F oven about 20 minutes.
13Cool on wire racks.
14note: or form into two large loaves and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
15While bread is hot, bursh tops with melted margarine or spray tops with pam, if desired.
