Ingredients:
1 tbspSoy Sauce
3 tbspRice vinegar
1 tspMustard seeds
1 Dried red chili pepper
1 Ginger, ? slice
1 clGarlic
3 smallZucchini
3 medCarrots
Procedures:
1Cut zucchini into 2x?inch sticks (1 cup) cut carrots into 2x?inch sticks (1 cup) combine soy sauce, vinegar, mustard seeds, chili pepper, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.
2Place zucchini and carrots in a shallow dish or bowl and pour marindated over them.
3cover and chill at least overnight, stirring occasionally.
