Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground beef or bulk italian | | | Sausage (a mix is best) | | 1
| cup | Chopped tomato | | 3/4
| cup | Frozen green peas | | 1/2
| tsp | Italian seasoning | | 1
| cup | "BISQUICK" Baking mix | | 1
| cup | Milk | | | 2 ea Eggs | | 1
| cup | Mozzarella cheese (shredded) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 400 degrees. | | 2 | Grease 9" pie plate. | | 3 | Cook ground beef until brown; drain. | | 4 | Stir in tomato, peas and italian seasoning; spread in plate. | | 5 | Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended. | | 6 | Pour into plate. | | 7 | Bake 25 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. | | 8 | Sprinlke with cheese. | | 9 | Bake 2 to 3 min longer or until melted. | | 10 | Serve with pizza sauce if desired. | | 11 | Prep time: 15 min bake time: 30 mi |
