Ingredients:

| lbs | Fettucine | | 2
| lbs | Tomatoes | | 8
| | Bacon strips | | 2
| | Onion, large | | 2
| tsp | Thyme, fresh | | 2
| tsp | Oregano, fresh | | 4
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 8
| tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook the fettucine in boiling water according to instructions - until "Al Dente". | | 2 | Chop the onion and bacon strips into 1/2 inch square chips. | | 3 | Chop the fresh thyme and oregano. | | 4 | Slice the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut into 1/2 inch square chips. | | 5 | In a frying pan, saute the bacon and onion cubes in olive oil. Toss in the herbs and continue sauteeing. | | 6 | Add the tomato cubes and saute for 30 seconds. Add the fettucine pasta and grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. | | 7 | Serve with additional Parmesan cheese on the side. |
