Ingredients:

| tsp | Garlic, chopped | | 1
| cup | White wine, dry | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| lbs | Gruyere cheese | | 1/2
| lbs | Emmental cheese | | 1
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 2
| tbsp | Kirsch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Finely grate the Gruyere and Emmental cheeses. | | 2 | In a flame proof dish, put in the chopped garlic, lemon juice and dry white wine. Heat until liquid starts to simmer. | | 3 | Add the grated Gruyere and Emmental cheeses. | | 4 | Mix the starch with the kirsch, and add to the cheese fondue. Heat until the cheese mix has started to thicken - around 2 minutes. | | 5 | Stir in a dash of ground white pepper to season. | | 6 | Serve with bread and potato cubes. |
