Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:
1 tspGarlic, chopped
1 cupWhite wine, dry
1 tspLemon juice
1/2 lbsGruyere cheese
1/2 lbsEmmental cheese
1 tspCornstarch
2 tbspKirsch
Procedures:
1Finely grate the Gruyere and Emmental cheeses.
2In a flame proof dish, put in the chopped garlic, lemon juice and dry white wine. Heat until liquid starts to simmer.
3Add the grated Gruyere and Emmental cheeses.
4Mix the starch with the kirsch, and add to the cheese fondue. Heat until the cheese mix has started to thicken - around 2 minutes.
5Stir in a dash of ground white pepper to season.
6Serve with bread and potato cubes.
