Pan-fried Italian Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
2 Eggs, large
2 tspAll purpose flour
1 cupMilk
1 tspParsley fresh
1 tspItalian seasoning
1 tspPaprika
2 tspBaking powder
2 lbsCrab meat, cooked
2 tbspCorn oil
Procedures:
1Using a small whisk, mix the flour into the milk and eggs.
2Pass through a fine strainer to remove lumps.
3Add the chopped parsley, paprika, italian seasoning and baking powder.
4Add a dash of salt and pepper to give taste.
5Add the crab meat into the batter and mix well to form cakes / patties.
6Heat the corn oil on a frying pan using medium heat.
7Using a small ladle, scoop and fry 3 crabmeat patties at a time.
8Fry for two minutes on each side, until golden brown.
9Serve with your desired or sauce.
